HONSHU, JAPAN - 27 PHOTOS TO INSPIRE A VISIT
Honshu, Japan’s largest and most visited island is really one of the best choices of Japanese destination if you want a taste of everything this amazing country has to offer. From its ultra high-tech and alive megacities such as Tokyo and Osaka, to its incredible natural beauty and traditionalism which can be found in places like Kyoto and not to forget out in the countryside and rural areas.

From its ultra high-tech and alive megacities such as Tokyo and Osaka, to its incredible natural beauty and traditionalism which can be found in places like Kyoto and not to forget out in the countryside and rural areas.
I was extremely lucky to get the opportunity to take a trip to Jopan for 2 weeks in September 2023. Flying into Tokyo, I spent a few days exploring the capital city, before making my way down to Osaka on the Shinkansen (known better as The Bullet Train!). On the way to Osaka, I stopped in Fuji (it’s much more difficult that you think to get a photo of Mt. Fiji, hence it not making the cut in this post!), the vast tea plantation region of Shizuoka Prefecture and Kyoto, to witness the legendary Geisha’s.
